We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

- Poland: Generally, 2-4 business days

Returns Policy

- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items such as towels and bedding cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping charges unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
